1. Do I need to install anything?
Nope! Just download and run the file below. It’s a single EXE — no installation needed.

2. Will you be able to access my computer anytime?
No. This version is designed for “attended support” only. You must manually share your support ID each time — we cannot access your device unless you give permission.

3. How do I share my Support ID?
Once the app opens, your ID will appear in a box labeled "Your ID". Simply read it out or copy it to your Callryt technician.

4. My antivirus is warning me. Is this safe?
Yes! This app is created just for Callryt using the trusted RustDesk remote support platform. If you’re unsure, call us before continuing.

5. It won’t open or disappears instantly
Try right-clicking the downloaded file and selecting “Run as administrator”. If that doesn’t help, temporarily disable your antivirus and try again.

💡 Troubleshooting Tips

​

• Black screen?
  Try minimizing and reopening the app window. If it still doesn’t show, let us know — it may be a graphics permission issue.

• Can’t hear or speak to the technician?
  This remote support app doesn't include voice. Please keep your phone, or WhatsApp nearby for the support call.

• App closes when I try to close a window
  That’s okay! Just reopen the file if you need help again.
