  • First Throttling (4Mbps): Between 500GB and 550GB.

  • Second Throttling (2Mbps): More than 550GB.

  • 4Mbps: Good for standard web browsing, checking email, and streaming video in standard definition.

  • 2Mbps: Basic speed kept active so you can still browse websites and send messages without being cut off completely.
