How to Use The Callryt App
Feature Walkthrough
Callryt is designed to be intuitive and efficient, making it easy for your team to stay connected and productive. Here’s a quick guide on how to navigate and use the key features of the app:
1. Make a Call
Open the app and tap the Dialer. Enter the extension or number and press the Call button to initiate a VoIP call over your Wi-Fi network.
2. Answering Incoming Calls
When a call comes in, you’ll receive a notification on screen with options to Answer or Decline. You can answer from the lock screen as well.
3. In-Call Controls
While on a call, use the in-call screen to mute/unmute your mic, switch to speakerphone, place the call on hold, or transfer the call to another extension.
4. Transfer a Call
Tap the Transfer button, enter the extension of the person you want to transfer to, and confirm. The call will be redirected instantly.
5. Call History
From the home menu, view your Call History to track recent calls, redial contacts, or review call duration.
6. Settings
Access Settings to adjust preferences such as ringtone, audio mode, SIP account credentials, and network behaviour.
